Shipping is available from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping & Handling Times:

USPS Standard 3-6 Day Shipping: Orders are expected to arrive within 3-6 days after dispatch.

USPS Express 2-4 Day Shipping: Orders are expected to arrive within 2-4 days after dispatch.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.

Please be aware that shipping may take an extra 24-48 hours due to payment processing and dispatch times.

Researchem currently ships exclusively to U.S. domestic territories and all countries in Europe

You will receive an automated email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please check all your inboxes, including your spam folder. If you still can’t find your tracking information, please reach out to us.

Alternatively, you can go to “My Account > Orders.” From there, select “view your order” to see your tracking information.

I’ve entered the wrong address..

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address.

For “Payment Pending” orders, you can modify the address by going to “My Account > Orders.”
For “Processing” orders, you can request an address change here.
“Complete” orders cannot have their addresses altered.

Tracking information not updating?</p> <p>

Occasionally, couriers may lose track of packages, but that doesn’t mean they are permanently lost. With some patience, the package may still arrive. If a domestic package hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, please get in touch with us.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases determined by Researchem, such as items that have not yet been shipped. In some situations, non-monetary compensation may be provided.

Returns: Given the nature of research compounds, all unused compounds must be safely disposed of and cannot be returned. This makes it impossible for us to recover any value, resulting in a loss. Customers are responsible for disposing of chemical waste according to their local regulations. Our products are shipped with three layers of protection, and we are not liable for any damage that occurs upon arrival.

Reshipments:

If an error occurs on our part, we will correct it at no cost. However, if the issue is due to a lost, stolen package, or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees, along with a $4.95 insurance fee. To avoid these situations, customers can opt for our Advanced Shipping Insurance during checkout.

My package arrived damaged, incomplete, or with missing items:

Please be aware that all orders are documented and photographed before shipment to prevent fraudulent claims. You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date regarding any of the following issues. Please have photos of your product and packaging ready before submitting a claim.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing, contact us immediately. Once verified, we will ship the missing item(s).
  • Wrong Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us right away. Once confirmed, we will send the correct item(s).
  • Damaged Items: All items are shipped securely to ensure safe delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Once verified, we will send a replacement.
  • Defective Items: Claims of defects, including incorrect weight, are taken seriously. For weight discrepancies, please provide the make and model of your scale. Once verified, we will ship a replacement.
